APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
We understand that you are busy; we only ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
MEMBERSHIP CLIENTS
Please remember to schedule your monthly treatment as we do not offer standing appointments. We understand that monthly treatments are usually scheduled a month in advance and can sometimes be hard to remember. To ensure the availability of your monthly membership appointment, we are able to grant one reschedule/cancellation within 48 hours. If you find it difficult to keep your appointments, we can discuss necessary solutions. Please try to be on time as a late arrival will affect the length of your treatment.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included but are always appreciated as a reflection of the quality of the service.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for purchase in any desired denomination.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Product returns are exchange only and must be done within 48 hours of purchase.
